The status of Roma in the labor market
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Postavení Romů na trhu práce“ pojednává o fenoménu romské nezaměstnanosti a o celkovém postavení Romů na trhu práce. Teoretická část poskytuje teoretickou a pojmovou základnu pro následný výzkum. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na analýzu informací od romských respondentů týkající se jejich zkušeností z oblasti pracovního trhu.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis „The status of Roma in the labor market“ deals with the phenomenon of Roma unemployment and overall status of Roma in the labor market. The theoretical part provides the theoretical and conceptual foundation for subsequent research. Research is focused on analysis of information from Roma respondents regarding their experience of the labor market.
