Diplomová práce pojednává o Probačních programech pro mladistvé a o zkušenostech s nimi. Práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. The thesis discusses Juvenile Probation Programs and experiences with them. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts related to the issue, the next chapter is devoted to the formation of the personality of the juvenile, what are the determinants and approaches.
