Lectins are proteins of non-immune origin that have the ability to reversibly bind saccharides. They occur in all organisms and have different functions. Abstract:
Lektiny jsou proteiny neimunitního původu, které mají schopnost reverzibilně vázat sacharidy. Vyskytují se ve všech organismech a mají různé funkce. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění vlivu pH na sekundární a kvartérní strukturu lektinů a vliv na interakce mezi lektinem a sacharidem.
