This diploma thesis named „Constitutional aspects of euthanasia“ deals with the euthanasia from the point of view of basic human rights and of the constitutional frame of Czech Republic. It analyses the legal adjustments of euthanasia in other European countries and these adjustments are compared including relevant casuistries.
