Solving the crisis of Czech dubbing

Abstract:
Český dabing je v krizi. Současný stav vyvolala Herecká asociace ocenitelnou snahou o sjednocení finančních podmínek honorářů a jejich navýšení po vzoru sousedního Německa. Souvisí ale kvalita dabingu s výší odměn výkonných umělců? Lze sjednotit honoráře v soukromém sektoru? Stojí zadavatelé dabingu o vyšší kvalitu za cenu vyšších výrobních nákladů?

Czech dubbing is in crisis. The current situation has been provoked by the Czech Actors' Association's respectable effort to equalize the terms of salaries and raise them following the example of neighbouring Germany. Accessibility: Autor udělil v licenci souhlas s: a) rozmnožováním díla jakýmikoliv prostředky a v jakékoliv formě, včetně formy elektronické b) bezúplatným rozšiřováním originálu Školního díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin pořízených podle písm. a) d) vystavováním originálu díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin podle písm. a) e) sdělováním veřejnosti všemi způsoby uvedenými v ustanovení § 18 až 23 autorského zákona, zejména pak živým provozování Školního díla a jeho přenosem a zpřístupňováním Školního díla způsobem, že kdokoliv může mít k němu přístup na místě a v čase podle své vlastní volby (tzn. především v síti Internet na webových stránkách Nabyvatele).
