Tato bakalářská práce je věnována motivačním a odměňovacím procesům ve zvolené společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoreticko-metodická. Tato část vysvětluje základní pojmy o motivaci a odměňování. Druhá část je aplikační. V této části vysvětluji motivaci a odměňování v Intersparu v Jihlavě. Používám zde dotazníkové šetření. The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the motivation and remuneration processes in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and methodological part.
