Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je exekuce peněžitého plnění. Snažila jsem se podrobně vysvětlit jednotlivé způsoby provedení exekuce při vymáhání peněžitých pohledávek a možnosti zastavení exekuce nebo jejího odkladu. Vzhledem k tomu, že v roce 2009 došlo k novelizaci exekučního řádu (zákon č. 120/2001 Sb.), zaměřuji se rovněž na nové instituty a srovnávám situaci před novelizací a po ní. Dále představím …more
Abstract:
The subject of my bachalor`s thesis is an execution of the financial claims. I have attempted to explain in detail the ways of recovering financial claims and possibilities of how to suspend or postpone an execution. Since there was an amendment of Act No. 120/2001 Coll., Execution procedure, I concentrate on new methods and compare the situation before and after the efficiency of an amendment. Further …more
