Teacher's concept of pupil psychohygiene at elementary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Učitelské pojetí psychohygieny žáka na 2. stupni ZŠ“ se věnuje problematice psychohygienických aspektů učitelského pojetí výuky, resp. tomu, zda a jak učitelé ve svém pojetí výuky reflektují psychohygienu žáků. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace k psychohygieně, dále pojednává specificky o psychohygieně ve školním prostředí a o negativních faktorech ohrožujících psychohygienu dítěte. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumné studie. Pro sběr primárních dat byl použit kvalitativní výzkum založený na rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvořili učitelé druhého stupně základních škol v krajském městě, bez ohledu na délku učitelské praxe, vyučované předměty, věk či pohlaví. Rozhovor byl proveden s celkem pěti učiteli, z toho byli tři muži a dvě ženy. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda je důraz na psychohygienu součástí pojetí výuky oslovených učitelů a jakým způsobem je reprezentován. Zajímalo mě, jakou pozornost věnují učitelé duševní pohodě své i žáků a jak se tato pohoda promítá ve vyučovacím procesu. V souvislosti s těmito cíli bylo stanoveno několik výzkumných otázek, které jsou rozebrány v diskuzi. Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou sloužit k prohloubení porozumění řešené problematice, jako vodítko pro sebereflexi učitelů i studentů pedagogických oborů, případně koncipování navazujícího výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Teacher's concept of pupil psychohygiene at elementary school" consists of a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part contains basic information to define the concept of psychohygiene, focus on psychohygiene in school and negative factors threatening child psychohygiene. The results are presented in empirical sections. For the collection of primary data qualitative research was used, interview method. The research group consisted of teachers of the second level of elementary schools in the county, irrespective of the length of teaching practice, subjects, age or gender. The interview was conducted with a total of five teachers, including three men and two women. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out whether the emphasis on psychohygiene is a part of the concept of teaching addressed teachers and how it is represented. I wondered how much attention they devoted to the mental well-being of themselves and their pupils and how this comfort is manifested in learning the process. I believe that I succeeded in meeting the goal of my work. In connection with these objectives, several research questions have been identified, which are discussed in the discussion. The results of the bachelor thesis can be used for further research and deepening of this issue. They can also be useful for both future and current teachers.
