Tématem této diplomové práce je porovnání zdanění příjmů fyzických osob z podnikání na území ČR a na území SR. Zabývá se komparací právních řádů České a Slovenské republiky, aktuální právní úpravou a polemikou nad nedostatky projevujícími se aplikací právních úprav v jejich pozitivním naplňování. The topic of this thesis is the comparison of personal income taxation of business in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia.
