Proposal of the textbook for thematic unit Baristicks

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování kvalitního učebního textu pro tematický celek Baristika, který bude v souladu s požadavky na učivo a výsledky vzdělávání oboru Hotelnictví, které jsou uvedeny v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu. Text bude korespondovat s aktuálními trendy tohoto oboru. Na základě dotazníkového šetření byl zjištěn názor žáků, kteří studují obor Hotelnictví a turismus, na učebnice, které používají při výuce odborných předmětů. Navrhovaný učební text by měl pomoci žákům zvýšit úroveň kompetencí a lépe se orientovat v problematice daného oboru. Učební text mohou včetně žáků a učitelů odborných předmětů využít také pracovníci v obsluze či provozovatelé stravovacích zařízení.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma work is to make up a high - quality textbook for thematic unit baristicks, which will be in accordance with the curriculum requirements and the educational results of the specialization of Hotel business in Framework educational program. The textbook will be in accordance with the current trend of this specialization. Based on the survey has been detected opinion of students who study the field of Hotel business and Tourism, on the textbooks they use in teaching professional subjects. The proposed textbook should help pupils to raise the level of competence and to better understand the problems of the field. The textbook can be used not only by students and teachers of professional subjects but by other workers in service or owners and runners of restaurants.
