This degree work is oriented to a substantial and often neglected part of the teaching of the German language, namely phonetics. In the theoretical part I go into the importance of the choice of the textbook. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na významnou a mnohdy opomíjenou součást výuky německého jazyka, a to na fonetiku. V teoretické části se zabývám důležitostí výběru učebnice. Rozebírám vhodnost učebnice ,,Němčina pro samouky a jazykové školy" s ohledem na fonetické požadavky.
