Trial with Vilém Truníček and the others.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje soudní proces s Vilémem Truníčkem, Františkem Beranem, Janem Urbanem, Jaromírem Babičkou a JUDr. Janem Mečířem. Těchto pět mužů, zaměstnaných u ČSD, bylo obviněno ze záměrného sabotování železniční dopravy a špionáže a v roce 1955 odsouzeno okresním soudem v Litoměřicích k poměrně vysokým trestům odnětí svobody.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the trial with Vilém Truníček, František Beran, Jan Mečíř, Jaromír Babička and JUDr. Jan Mečíř, which worked for Czechoslovakia railway. These five men were accused of deliberately sabotaging rail transport and espionage. In 1955 they were judged by local court in Litoměřice.
