Abstract:

Teoretická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení principů a vzájemných souvislostí norem ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 a ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005. Dále s ohledem na již zavedený systém managementu kvality v organizaci se zabývá výhradně požadavky systému environmentálního managementu. Aplikační část diplomové práce je zaměřena na již konkrétní kroky, které jsou nezbytné pro zdárné vybudování a implementaci systému environmentálního managementu s využitím stávajícího systému managementu kvality v organizaci. Charakteristika organizace je uvedena v textu práce. Výstupem je kvalitně zpracovaný environmentální profil organizace. Součástí této práce bylo prokázat dvě hypotézy, a to zda implementace EMS v organizaci má reálný pozitivní dopad na životní prostředí. A pokud ano, zda je možné je eliminovat pomocí systému řízení. A zda implementace EMS v organizaci je zároveň i ekonomickým přínosem pro samotnou organizaci.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is focused on explaining the principles and interdependencies of CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 14001:2005. Moreover, it focuses exclusively on the requirements of an environmental management system, because there is already established system of quality management in the organization. Application part of the diploma thesis is focused on the already concrete steps that are necessary for successful establishment and implementation of environmental management system with using the existing system of quality management in the organization. A characteristic of the organization is listed in the text of the thesis. The output is well-prepared environmental performance of the organization. Part of this thesis was to prove two hypotheses, namely whether the implementation of EMS in an organization has a real positive impact on the environment. And if yes, whether it is possible to eliminate it by using of management system and whether the implementation of EMS in the organization has also an economic benefit for the organization itself.
