Nursing Process in Care of Patient after Total Endoprothesis of Hip Joint

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření návrhu ošetřovatelského procesu v péči o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, který vychází z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-I taxonomie II a vztahuje se ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána osteoartróza, historie a rozdělení endoprotéz kyčelního kloubu, komplikace po totální náhradě kyčelního kloubu a rehabilitace po operačním výkonu. Druhá polovina teoretické části zahrnuje roli sestry v péči o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčle. Je zde obecně popsán příjem pacienta na oddělení, předoperační, intraoperační a pooperační péče a v závěru propuštění pacienta z nemocnice. Praktická část je věnována ošetřovatelskému procesu v péči o pacientku po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Na základě získaných anamnestických údajů dle NANDA domén bylo v průběhu hospitalizace stanoveno 14 ošetřovatelských diagnóz. Celková doba hospitalizace na ortopedickém oddělení činila 9 pooperačních dní. Po ukončení hospitalizace byla zahájena následná 4-6 týdenní rehabilitační léčba v lázních.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with proposal of the nursing process of patient after total hip arthroplasty. This process proceeds from the diagnosis NANDA-I Taxonomy II and relates to a specific needs of an individual. This Bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the osteoarthritis, history and sorting of hip artificial prosthesis, complications after total replacement of a hip joint and a rehab after surgery is described in the theoretical part. The rest of the theoretical part describes a role of nurses in the process of healing patients after total hip joint replacement. It contains a description of a whole process from admission, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care to the release of a patient from hospital. The practical part deals with a whole nursing process of a patient after arthroplasty of a hip joint. There have been 14 nursing diagnosises made based on the data obtained from the each case history. Total time of hospitalization at the orthopedic section was 9 days after operation, which was followed by 4-6 weeks rehab part in the health resort.
