Abstract:
Práce se věnuje konfiskaci majetku lichtenštejnských státních příslušníků na základě dekretů prezidenta republiky v letech 1945–1948. Práce sleduje osudy těchto osob v kontextu meziválečného období, poválečných majetkových zásahů a diskriminačních opatření ze strany Československé republiky. V práci jsou zaznamenány osudy jednotlivých osob, které konfiskace postihla. V závěru práce se objevuje exkurz …moreAbstract:
The master thesis deals with the property confiscation of Liechtenstein nationals based on The Decrees of the President of the Republic in the years 1945-1948. The work follows the fate of these people in the context of the interwar period, post-war property interventions and discriminatory measures by the Czechoslovak Republic.
