Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením alkylfenolů a bisfenolu A v pitných a odpadních vodách. V teoretické části jsou popsány zdroje a fyzikálně chemické vlastnosti vybraných alkylfenolů. Následně jsou v teoretické části uvedeny pojmy derivatizace, extrakce tuhou fází a je popsán analytický instrument pro stanovení daných analytů v uvedené environmentální matrici. The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of alkylphenols and bisphenol A in drinking water and waste water. The theoretical section describes sources and physicochemical properties of selected alkylphenols.
