Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá teoretickou přípravou individuálního plánu aktivizačních činností pro uživatele stacionáře Na palubě (Diakonie ČCE). V teoretické části je nejprve stručně popsána Diakonie Českobratrské církve evangelické, která je zaštiťující organizací stacionáře Na palubě. Dále je zde specifikován stacionář Na palubě, včetně jeho služeb, poslání, cílové skupiny a náplně práce. V další kapitole jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé aktivizační činnosti, které jsou ve stacionáři poskytovány a které jsou důležité pro vytvoření individuálního plánu. V praktické části se objevují tři kazuistiky uživatelů, ke kterým je vytvořen individuální plán aktivizačních činností v závislosti na druhu postižení, schopnostech a dovednostech uživatelů a na určité období.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with theoretical preparation of a individual plan of activation activities for users of the stationary „Na palubě” (Diakonie ČCE). The Diacony of the Evangelical Church of the Czech Brethren, which shields the „Na palubě“ stationary, is briefly described in the opening theoretical part. The stationary itself is specified, including its services, mission, target group and workload, in the following section.The next chapter describes the individual activation activities, which are provided by the stationaty, and which are important for the creation of an individual plan. In the practical part, there are three user case reports, to which an individual plan of activation activities is created for a certain period of time, depending on the type of disability, abilities and skills of users and season.
