Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přítomnost fyzické a duševní zátěže v práci zdravotních sester. Práci jsem rozdělila na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na stručné definování pojmů zátěž neboli stres a na syndrom vyhoření, popisuji druhy stresu, pracovní stresory, co stres vyvolává, jeho příznaky a následky. Abstract:
My bachelor´s work focuses on the occurance of physical and mental pressure of nursing. My thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part I concentrate on brief definitions of the terms: pressure or stress and burn - out syndrome. I describe different kinds of stress, working stress, its symptoms and results.
