Cochem practice in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Cochemské praxe v České republice. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jakou má úlohu sociální pracovník v roli kolizního opatrovníka v Cochemské praxi. Druhá část cíle je zaměřena na výhody a nevýhody využití Cochemské praxe. Bakalářská práce je teoretická a obsahuje sedm kapitol. Zaměřuje se především na využití Cochemského modelu s rodinami v rozvodu či rozchodu, kde hrají roli nezletilé děti. První kapitola se věnuje vymezení rodiny, druhá kapitola vymezuje dva způsoby rodičovské rozluky. Třetí kapitola je věnovaná dětem v rozvodu či rozchodu a čtvrtá kapitola bakalářské práce pojednává o rolích jednotlivých profesí, zapojených do Cochemského modelu. Pátá kapitola je věnovaná práci sociálního pracovníka jako kolizního opatrovníka dítěte. V šesté kapitole se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na rozdíly ve standardním postupu úpravy péče o nezletilé děti a v postupu Cochemské praxe. Poslední kapitolou bakalářské práce je diskuze, ve které bude zodpovězena otázka na cíl bakalářské práce společně s uvedením výhod a nevýhod využití Cochemské praxe.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Cochem practice in the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the role of the social worker in the role of conflict guardian in the Cochem practice. The second part of the goal is focused on the advantages and disadvantages of using the Cochem practice. The bachelor's thesis is theoretical and contains seven chapters. It mainly focuses on the use of the Cochem model with families in the process of divorce or separation, where under-age children play a role. The first chapter is devoted to defining the family, the second chapter defines two ways of parental separation. The third chapter is devoted to children in the process of divorce or separation and the fourth chapter of the bachelor's thesis deals with the roles of individual professions involved in the Cochem model. The fifth chapter is dedicated to the work of a social worker as a conflict guardian of a child. In the sixth chapter, the bachelor's thesis focuses on the differences in the standard procedure for adjusting the care of under-age children and in the procedure of the Cochem practice. The last chapter of the bachelor thesis will be a discussion in which the question from the goal of the bachelor thesis is answered together with stating of the advantages and disadvantages of using the Cochem practice.
