Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na provedení finanční analýzy u vybraného bytového družstva. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví, vývoj a stav družstva. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health, development and condition of the cooperative.
