Logistics system of Zara

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá logistickým systémem a analýzou vybraných částí logistického řetězce společnosti Zara, která je jedním z nejúspěšnějších a rychle rostoucích prodejců módního oblečení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, teoretické části jsou detailně pорsány základní pojmy logistických procesů a vysvětleny hlavní definice. Praktická část je zaměřena na prezentaci vybrané společnosti a specifikaci jejího logistického systému pomocí analýzy každého jednotlivého procesu. Cílem této práce je identifikovat slabiny logistických procesů a navrhnout řešení, která by mohla zlepšit a орtimalizovat nedostatek logistického systému.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the logistics system and analysis of the selected parts of the logistic supply chain in the company Zara which is one of the most successful and fastest-growing retail. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, the theoretical part describes the principal concepts of logistics processes and explains the main definitions. The practical part is focused on the representation of the chosen company and specification its logistics system by the analysis of every single process. The aim of this thesis is to identify the weaknesses of logistic processes and to propose solutions that could improve and optimize the lack of logistics system.
