Activities of the project manager in the production of heat pumps
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá popisem řízení reálného projektu na instalaci systému tepelného čerpadla společnosti TC Mach, s.r.o. Práce obsahuje popis současného řízení projektu firmou a návrh na možnost zpracování projektu pomocí vybraného počítačového softwaru. Součástí práce je pohled na řízení činností manažerem z hlediska provedení, času a nákladů.
Abstract:
This thesis describes a real project management of the installation of heat pump of TC Mach, s.r.o. company. Thesis contains description of the current management of the project by the company and proposal on the possibility of project development through the selected computer software. A part of the thesis is a view of management activities of manager in terms of performance, time and cost.
