Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou úspěšnosti dětí vyrůstajících v ústavní výchově v sekundárním vzdělávání z jejich osobního pohledu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena především na sociálně psychologickou stránku prostředí ústavní výchovy, do které jsou zahrnuty vztahy mezi jednotlivými účastníky výchovného procesu a vymezení problematiky školní úspěšnosti. V závěru teoretické části se opíráme o poznatky českých i zahraničních výzkumných studií zabývajících se školní úspěšností dětí vyrůstajících v ústavní výchově. V praktické části byly faktory seskupeny do tří oblastí podle jejich typu. Školní oblast se zabývá náročností předmětů, objektivním hodnocením pedagoga, stylem výuky, materiálním vybavením nebo vztahem pedagoga ke studentům. V sociální oblasti byl kladen důraz na vztahy s vychovatelem, vzdálenost školy od bydliště, vzdělanostní úroveň rodiny, uplatnění studia v budoucí praxi, vliv a podpora rodiny a sociální kontakt s vrstevníky. Do personální oblasti byly zařazeny faktory jako zdravotní stav studenta, postoje studenta ke studiu, temperament, přítomnost vývojových poruch učení, motivace ke studiu, adaptace na školu. Cílem praktické části bylo prozkoumat vztahy a souvislosti mezi těmito faktory na základě tohoto rozdělení, zjistit faktory, které mají na školní úspěšnost studentů vyrůstajících v ústavní výchově největší vliv, a vyvodit z těchto poznatků poučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the successfulness in secondary education from the personal point of view of children who were brought up in institutional care. The theoretical part of the work is focused mainly on the socio psychological aspects of the institutional upbringing environment, which includes in particular the relations between individual participants in the educational process and definition of the problems of successfulness at school. The conclusion of the theoretical section is based on the findings of Czech as well as foreign research studies dealing with school successfulness of children who grew up in institutional care. In the practical part, factors were grouped into three areas according to their type. The school area deals with the difficulty of the lectured subjects, objective assessment of the teacher, style of teaching, material equipment as well as the teacher's attitude to students. In the social area, emphasis was put on the relationships with the educator, distance of the school from the place of residence, level of education in the family, usefulness of the studied subjects for future work, influence and support of the family, and social contact with peers. Personal area includes factors such as health condition of the student, student's attitude to studying, temperament, occurrence of developmental learning disorders, motivation to study, adaptation to school. The objective of the practical part was to investigate the relationships and connections between these factors on the basis of this division, in order to find factors with the biggest influence on school successfulness of students brought up in institutional care, and to draw conclusions from these findings that are applicable for pedagogical practice.
