Unemployment as a social problem

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti jako sociálního problému. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje pět kapitol. První kapitola popisuje základní informace, dělení a důsledky týkající se nezaměstnanosti. Následující kapitola se věnuje trhu práce a významem práce pro člověka. Třetí kapitola se zaobírá sociálně-psychologickými faktory nezaměstnanosti. Následující kapitola se věnuje vývoji nezaměstnanosti v České republice a poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje sociálním dopadům nezaměstnanosti, na což je tato práce zaměřena. Další část této práce je praktická část, kde jsou potřebná data získávaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Získaná data jsou následně vyhodnocena pomocí tabulek a grafů. V této části práce jsou také stanoveny hypotézy k celé práci, které jsou na základě vyhodnocení dat potvrzeny nebo vyvráceny. V závěru praktické části se nachází shrnutí celého výzkumu. Na konci této práce se nachází závěr práce, použité zdroje, seznam zkratek, tabulek, grafů a na závěr přílohy, kde se nachází vzor dotazníku. Celkovým cílem práce je poukázat na problematiku nezaměstnanosti v souvislosti se sociálními dopady, které mají dopady, jak jedince, tak na společnost.

Abstract:

This work deals with the issue of unemployment as a social problem. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains five chapters. The first chapter describes the basic information, classification and consequences regarding unemployment. The next chapter deals with the labor market and the importance of work for people. The third chapter deals with socio-psychological factors of unemployment. The next chapter deals with the development of unemployment in the Czech Republic and the last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the social impact of unemployment, which is the focus of this work. The next part of this work is the practical part, where the necessary data obtained by means of a questionnaire survey. The obtained data are then evaluated using tables and graphs. In this part of the work are also set hypotheses for the whole work, which are based on data evaluation confirmed or refuted. At the end of the practical part is a summary of the entire research. At the end of this work is the conclusion of the work, the sources used, a list of abbreviations, tables, graphs and at the end of the appendix, where there is a sample questionnaire. The overall aim of the work is to point out the issue of unemployment in connection with social impacts, which have an impact on both individuals and society.
