Tato práce se věnuje problematice společenské smlouvy v 17. století. Pozornost je zaměřena na její pojetí u Thomase Hobbese, Johna Locka a Benedicta Spinozy. Jejich díla jsou zasazena do společenského a historického kontextu, je poukázáno na různé okolnosti, které je mohly ovlivnit. This thesis presents the problem of the social contract in the 17th century. The attention is focused on the concept of Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Benedict Spinoza. Their works are set in the social and historical context, the attention is paid to the circumstances that could affect them.
