Mpembův jev
Mpemba Effect
Abstract:
Abstract:
Diploma thesis „Mpemba effect“ deals with surprising phenomenon where by hot water can, under certain conditions, freeze faster than cold water. The effect is named for its rediscoverer, the Tanzanian high-school student Erasto B. Mpemba. The effect is not universal under all experimental conditions, it is still poorly understood.
