Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na stěžejní kompetence Celní správy ČR ve vztahu ke třetím zemím. Je zde popsáno, jak celní útvary chrání vnitřní trh EU, jaká je právní úprava celnictví a jak rozdělujeme celní útvary dle kompetencí a činností.
