Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vlastnosti pšenice s netradiční barvou zrna, zejména na jejich nutriční hodnoty, vliv na lidské zdraví a jejich praktické využití. Dále je práce zaměřena na možnosti výroby různých druhů sušenek a jejich texturní vlastnosti. The thesis focuses on the properties of wheat with unusual grain colour, especially on their nutritional values, effects on human health and their practical use.
