Embrancing digitalization of service process in family business
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci pracovního procesu rodinné firmy. Hlavní myšlenkou optimalizace je zavedení digitalizace do vybraného procesu. Použita byla komparativní metoda fungování současného stavu se stavem budoucím po provedené změně.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was proposing optimization solutions for one of the processes of family company. Mainly I focused on implementation of digitization into the selected service process. Comparison method was used comparing current state with the state assumed after change.
