Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je rozebrat místo činu a věnovat se především jeho trestně právnímu významu. Zároveň chci propojit trestněprávní význam s jeho kriminalistickým významem tak, aby byly všechny spojitosti srozumitelně pochopitelné a bylo na ně nahlíženo jako na jednotlivý celek. Abstract:
The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the crime scene and pay attention mainly to its criminal legal significance. At the same time, I want to link the criminal-law meaning with its criminalistic meaning so that all connections are comprehensible and understandable as a whole.
