Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku využití sociálních her v oblasti managementu, popisuje rozvoj a vzdělávání pracovníků. První, teoretická, část zahrnuje definice pojmů „učení“, „tým“, „hra“, „hraní rolí“. Dále obsahuje popis procesu učení, týmové práce, výcvikových programů, fenoménu hry, procesu a modelu hraní rolí. Druhá část práce se zabývá praktickým využitím her v managementu, popisuje důsledky tohoto využití a z toho vyplývající otázky, dále obsahuje souhrn praktických zkušeností a několik doporučení vztahujících se k použití her a cvičení v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with using social games and role playing in the field of management, it also describes methods for worker professional development and education. The first, theoretical, part defines terms such as „learning“, „team“, „game“, and „role playing“. It also contains a description of learning process, teamwork, training programs, the phenomenon of play, the process and model of role playing. The second part deals with practical usage of games in managerial practice, states related questions arising from games and role playing, mentions practical experience, and also contains some recommendations concerning games and exercise.
