Abstract:

Tématem této práce je zabezpečení zaměstnanců při pracovním úrazu a nemoci z povolání. Zvláště se práce zaměřuje na budoucí institucionální zabezpečení, tedy nastavení principů nároků zaměstnance, financování a nositele systému. Téma zohledňuje zejména neutěšený stav v této oblasti, která je stále založena na odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele k náhradě újmy. Jsou nastíněny možné varianty řešení, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny s ohledem na dopad na zaměstnance, zaměstnavatele ale i na státní rozpočet a legislativu. Výsledek této práce umožňuje zvolit vhodnou variantu budoucí právní úpravy úrazového pojištění zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with security employees at industrial accident and occupational diseases. In particular, the thesis focuses on the future institutional security, therefore setting the principles of employees claims, finance and security administrations. Topic mainly reflects the dismal situation in this area, which is still based on liability of employers to damages. They are outlined possible solutions, which are then evaluated with regard to the impact on employees, employers but also on the state budget and legislation. The result of this work allows you to choose a suitable alternative future legislation of employee’s accident insurance.
