Záměrem bakalářské práce na téma ?Institut vykázání a jeho důsledky v praxi? je popsat tuto problematiku z hlediska obecného vymezení pojmů, legislativy a její postupné začlenění do českého práva, kde je součástí třech vzájemně propojených pilířů.
