Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou evropského správního práva a jeho vazbami na Českou republiku. Práce má objasnit základy správního práva na evropské úrovni a také na úrovni České republiky. Cílem této práce je analýza správního práva v České republice a objasnění základních principů aplikace evropského práva v členských státech Evropské unie.

This diploma work deals with the European administrative law and its lines to the Czech Republic. This thesis clears up the principles of administrative law at the European level and also at the level of the Czech Republic.
