Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem kompetencí manažerů v rámci firemního vzdělávání a zahraničními trendy v této oblasti. V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji především na vymezení specifik manažerské práce, na jednotlivé role, funkce a kompetence manažerů. Dále se zmiňuji o firemním vzdělávání, s důrazem především na vzdělávání manažerů, které zasazuji do obecnějšího rámce celoživotního učení. Součástí je i představení aktuálních zahraničních trendů ve vzdělávání a v metodách rozvoje kompetencí manažerů tak, jak se o nich zmiňuje odborná česká literatura. V empirické části práce navazuji na část teoretickou a věnuji se výzkumnému šetření mezi českými manažery, přičemž se zajímám o současný stav ve vzdělávání manažerů a také o to, jak se čeští manažeři nechávají ovlivňovat uvedenými zahraničními trendy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the development of competencies of managers and foreign trends in this area. In the theoretic part of this thesis I especially focus on definition of specifics of work, roles, functions and competencies of managers. Next I mention a company training emphasizing training of managers which I understand in a more general framework of lifelong learning. A component of this thesis is also a presentation of actual foreign trends in the training and the development of competencies of managers in the same way which are described in scientific czech literature. In the empiric part of this thesis I continue in the theoretic part and I conduct a research among czech managers, whereas I concern with contemporary situation in training of managers and I am also interested in how they let influence themselves with foreign trends mentioned in this thesis.
