Application of Hypothesis Theory in the Evaluation of the Hardness of a Technical Product
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením tvrdosti na specifickém technickém výrobku vyrobeném plošným tvářením za studena s následným tepelným zpracováním, pro účely technické specifikace. Navrhuje optimální zkušební zatížení u metody měření podle Vickerse z hlediska statistického vyhodnocení naměřených dat a porovnává je s výsledky získanými metalografickým rozborem daného výrobku.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on measuring the hardness of a technically manufactured product. The product is produced by cold forming with subsequent heat treatment for the purposes of technical specifications. It proposes the optimal test load for the Vickers measurement method in view of statistical evaluation of the measured data.
