Výpověď osoby spadá do základních důkazních prostředků, které jsou taxativně vymezeny trestním řádem v naší České republice. Výslech zároveň spadá i do dalších vědních oborů, kterými jsou například kriminalistika a psychologie. Statement of person is included in the basic evidences, which are comprehensive defined in our Criminal Procedure Code of the Czech Republic. The interrogation is also included in other disciplines, such as the criminalistics and psychology.
