Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá inhibitory check point molekul a jejich klinickým využití. Cílem práce bylo I/ měření hladiny IFN-γ produkovaného in vitro stimulovanými lymfocyty a za II/ kvantitativní posouzení exprese aktivačního znaku CD69+ na lymfocytárních subpopulacích. Abstract:
This work stresses on check point inhibitors in clinical treatment. The goal was i/ level measurement of the IFN-γ produced by in vitro stimulated lymphocytes II/ the quantitative analysis of expression of CD69+ activation marekers on lymphocyte subpopulation.
