Possibilities of electronic communication in social services
Abstract:
Teoretická část práce seznamuje s kontextem sociálních služeb, účastníků komunikace v tomto prostředí a různými typy komunikace v dané oblasti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na reálné prostředky, které se nyní v praxi používají a popisuje jejich základní vlastnosti. Závěrečná část pak vyhodnocuje smysluplnost a případnou kontraproduktivitu elektronické komunikace.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the context of social services, communication participants in this environment and different types of communication in the given area. The practical part focuses on real tools that are now used in practice and describes their basic properties.
