Abstract:

Pro úspěch společností vyrábějících zdravotnické prostředky je zavedení a certifikace systému kvality ISO 13485:2016 jedním ze základních požadavků. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a vyhodnocení stávajícího systému řízení kvality na příkladu modelového výrobního závodu Medisize, CZ s.r.o. S využitím analytických nástrojů byly identifikovány oblasti s nejvyšším výskytem neshod a definovány procesy vyžadující nejvyšší stupeň inovace. Nejvyšší výskyt neshod byl shledán v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, řešení neshod, v systému investicí do výrobního zařízení a jeho preventivních údržeb a v oblasti změnových řízení. Nejvyšší stupeň inovace je nutný v relevantních řízených dokumentovaných procesech – bude zajištěna aktualizace popisů pracovních pozic – doplnění odpovědností a kompetencí v rámci organizační struktury podniku, aktualizace dokumentů pro revizi stavu výrobních zařízení a preventivní údržby, bude aktualizován proces pro řízení, sledování a implementace změn. Výstupy z řešení lze využít v podnicích s obdobnými výrobními programy.

Abstract:

For the success of companies manufacturing medical devices, the introduction and certification of the ISO 13485:2016 quality system is one of the basic requirements. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the existing quality management system on the example of the model production plant Medisize, CZ s.r.o. With the use of analytical tools, the areas with the highest occurrence of nonconformances were identified and the processes requiring the highest degree of innovation were defined. The highest occurrence of nonconformances was found in the area of human resources management, solving of nonconformances, in the system of investments in production equipment and its preventive maintenance, and in the area of change management. The highest degree of innovation is required in the relevant controlled documented processes – job descriptions will be updated – responsibilities and competences will be added within the organizational structure of the company, documents will be updated for revision of the status of production equipment and preventive maintenance, the process for managing, monitoring and the implementation of changes will be updated. Outputs from the solution can be used in companies with similar production programs.
