Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá institutem kolektivní úpravy práv zaměstnanců ve služebním poměru, tedy kolektivní dohodou. Práce se soustředí na porovnání kolektivní dohody s kolektivní smlouvou, hodnotí možný obsah kolektivní dohody v závislosti na metodické pomůcce Odborového svazu státních orgánů a organizací. This thesis deals with the topic of collective agreement in the civil service in the Czech legal system.
