Communication shyness in high school and college students
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku komunikace a komunikační ostýchavosti u studentů vysoké školy a žáků středních odborných škol. Práce popisuje termíny komunikace, pedagogická komunikace, komunikační ostýchavost a komunikační bariéry. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla vyhodnocena míra komunikační dovednosti a míra výskytu negativního ovlivnění komunikačních projevů.
