Stárnutí je komplexní biologický proces, při kterém dochází k celkovému poklesu funkcí daného orgánu či tkáně. Kůže jakožto povrchový orgán je nejrychleji stárnoucím orgánem v důsledku působení exogenních vlivů. Jedním z procesů, který hraje důležitou roli během stárnutí kůže, je zánět. Abstract:
The ageing is complex biological process that causes overall decrease of organ or tissue functionality. Due to exogenic factors the skin as a surface organ is the most ageing organ. The inflammation is one of the processes that play key role in the skin-ageing. This bachelor thesis summarizes the current knowledge about the skin-ageing with focus on the inflammation.
