Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika školního neúspěchu a postoj ke školnímu neúspěchu. Práce se zabývá souvisejícími pojmy, jako jsou školní úspěch, příčiny neúspěchu a reakce na neúspěch. Teoretická část práce blíže specifikuje osobnost žáka a osobnost učitele.
