The Real Estate Financing by the mortgage loans in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Abstrakt Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hypotečního úvěrování v České republice. Práce popisuje významné charakteristické znaky hypotečního úvěru. Dále je popsán stručný historického vývoj hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. Pozornost je zaměřena také na hlavní tendence vývoje hypotečního bankovnictví. Praktická část popisuje proces a druhy hypotéčního úvěrování a pojištění.
Abstract:
Abstract This thesis is focused on aspects of mortgage credit in the Czech republic. It describes the main features of mortgages. Following part is focused on historical development of mortgage credits in Czech republic. Attention is also focused on notable development trends in mortgage banking. Practical part describes cause and types of mortgage credit and insurance.
