Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti podnikání a srovnává podnikání v České republice a Portugalsku. Dále jsou v práci rozebrány motivy, rizika a formy vstupu na zahraniční trh. Na tomto základě je zpracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán expanze českého OSVČ na vybraný segment portugalského trhu. V teoretické části práce je uvedena základní charakteristika v podnikání, potřebné analýzy před zahájením podnikání, podnikatelská rizika či vstupní bariéry na trh v obou zemích. V části praktické se potom zaměřuje na charakteristiku konkrétního podniku, analýzu portugalského trhu a konkurence, a také marketingový a finanční plán. Poslední část práce vyhodnocuje realizovatelnost záměru a je věnována návrhům a doporučením pro budoucí vývoj.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts in the field of business and compares business in the Czech Republic and Portugal. Furthermore, the work discusses the motives, risks and forms of entry into foreign markets. On this basis, a specific business plan for the expansion of the Czech self-employed into a selected segment of the Portuguese market is prepared. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the basic characteristics in business, the necessary analysis before starting a business, business risks or barriers for the market entrance in both countries. The practical part then focuses on the characteristics of a particular company, analysis of the Portuguese market and competition, as well as a marketing and financial plan. The last part of the work evaluates the feasibility of the planand is devoted to proposals and recommendations for future development.
