Bakalářská práce popisuje teorii problematiky analýzy rizik, provozních procesů a systémů řízení ve správě budov. V praktické části jsou vybrané metody za pomoci brainstormingu, použity k identifikaci a hodnocení rizik provozního procesu podniku, zaměřeného na správu nemovitostí. The bachelor thesis describes the theory of risk analysis, operational processes and management systems in building management. In the practical part, selected methods are used to identify and assess the risks of the operational process of a property management company using brainstorming.
