Abstract:

Vzhledem k nedostatku informací o finanční situaci podniků ve zpracovatelském průmyslu v České republice, je tato práce zaměřena na analýzu finančního zdraví podniků za období let 2018-2022. Výběrovým vzorkem je pět podniků se stejnými charakteristikami. Literární rešerše se zaměřuje na představení již vytvořených finančních analýz a na definování náležitostí týkajících se finanční analýzy. Dále je představena metodika práce s použitými postupy poměrových ukazatelů a metod komplexního hodnocení. Následně jsou ukazatele komparovány s doporučenými hodnotami. Pomocí Spider analýzy je provedeno i porovnání podniků s odvětvovým průměrem, kde výsledky poukazují na výrazné hodnoty všech úrovní likvidit a ROE. Podniky jsou hodnoceny Altmanovou analýzou jako bonitní, Tafflerovým indexem jsou hodnoceny taktéž bonitními, až podnik Ishimitsu MC s.r.o. Index IN05 řadí do šedé zóny tři z pěti podniků. Index IN99 hodnotí dva podniky jako bankrotní, dva v šedé zóně a pouze jeden bonitním. Doporučením pro zlepšení výsledků podniků je snížit hodnoty likvidit, navýšit hodnoty ROS a celkovou zadluženost a také dobu obratu pohledávek a závazků.

Abstract:

Due to the lack of information on the financial situation of enterprises in the manufacturing industry in the Czech Republic, this work is focused on the analysis of the financial health of enterprises for the period 2018-2022. The sample consists of five enterprises with the same characteristics. The literary research focuses on the presentation of already created financial analyzes and on defining the requirements related to financial analysis. Furthermore, the methodology of work with the used procedures of ratio indicators and comprehensive evaluation methods is presented. Subsequently, the indicators are compared with the recommended values. Spider analysis is also used to compare companies with the industry average, where the results point to significant values of all levels of liquidity and ROE. The companies are evaluated as creditworthy by Altman's analysis, they are also rated as creditworthy by the Taffler index, until the company Ishimitsu MC s.r.o. The IN05 index ranks three out of five companies in the gray zone. The IN99 index rates two companies as bankrupt, two in the gray zone and only one as creditworthy. The recommendation for improving the results of companies is to reduce liquidity values, increase ROS values and total indebtedness, as well as the turnaround time of receivables and payables.
