Optimalization of the effectiveness of the production process on the machining line

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je optimalizace účelnosti výrobního procesu na obráběcí lince ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblastí výroby a výrobního systému, metod štíhlé výroby, teorie omezení a přístupu systémového myšlení. Praktická část obsahuje detailní analýzu výkonnosti a využitelnosti obráběcí linky. Z analýzy vychází jako kritická oblast systém TPM, kde je potvrzen stav zvyšování účinnosti na mí sto účelnosti. V další části práce je stanoven návrh na změny v systému TPM, která vedou k optimalizaci účelnosti ve výrobě. V poslední části je vyhodnocení návrhu zvýšení účelnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aims to optimize the effectiveness of the production process on the machining line in the ŠKODA AUTO a.s. company. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledge from the areas of production and production system, lean production methods, the theory of constraints, and the approach of systems thinking. The practical part contains a detailed analysis of the performance and usability of the machining line. The TPM system is based on the analysis as a critical area, where the state of increasing efficiency to the point of efficiency is confirmed. The next part of the thesis sets out a proposal for changes in the TPM system, which leads to the optimization of effectiveness in production. The last part is the evaluation of the proposal to increase effectiveness.
