Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou daňových odpisů v České republice. Nejprve jsou stručně popsány a srovnány daňové a účetní odpisy, poté následuje podrobná analýza konstrukčních prvků daňových odpisů, včetně vysvětlení metod daňového odpisování na názorných příklad. This master's thesis deals with the legal regulation of tax depreciation in the Czech Republic. First, tax depreciation and depreciation in accounting are briefly described and compared, followed by analysis of the construction elements of tax depreciation, including an explanation of tax depreciation methods using examples.
